BuShips Directive 1612-08 was issued 19 December 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive commissions the HMS Kodiak Max (CA-413).

Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 19 December 2016, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the re-commissioning of HMS Kodiak Max (CA-413). This is an Edward Saganami-C Class Heavy Cruiser and is assigned to the Second Fleet (Avon, OH, USA).
The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Kodiak Max CA-413:

Subsequent to this recommissioning, HMLAC Abraxas (LAC-014) shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves, following inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. This vessel shall be made available for recommissioning at a later date.
