My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on March 26, 2015, it is my duty to announce a change of Command for HMS Hydra (CLAC-19), under the command of Captain (s.g.) Brett Price. This is Hydra Class LAC Carrier and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Norman, OK.
The new Commanding Officer is Brett Price
The XO and Bosun are unchanged at this time.
The following persons are breveted in rank:
- Brett Price to Captain, senior grade
- Jacqui Kerr to Ensign
