As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Michal Malotte as Seventh Space Lord, BuSup, with the rank of Admiral of the Red, effective 27-JUL-11.
This Officers is now afforded the honors and privileges associated with the above Billets, Ranks and Title.
