BuShips Directive 2105-04 was issued on 5 May 2021 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive commissions RHNS Tourbillion (CL-3983).

Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 05 May 2021, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the commissioning of RHNS Tourbillion (CL-3983). This is a Frigate-Class Light Cruiser and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet AOR (Pasadena, Texas).
The following Naval personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to RHNS Tourbillion (CL-3983):

Subsequent to the commissioning, HMS Salamander (CLAC-31) shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves, following an inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. The vessel shall be made available for recommission at a later date.
