As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Empress of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Minister Resident Amanda Barrow (RMN-3975-16) to the position of Regent of the Star Kingdom University System
Minister Barrow, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of Landing University, Star Kingdom University System, Manticore, post haste, to assume your office as Regent of the Star Kingdom University System.
