Mars-Evans
The Earldom of Mars-Evans is a peerage title awarded by The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.. The first and current holder of the title is Lieutenant General Sir Daniel Walker, who had previously (as commanding officer of Third Fleet before he transferred from the navy to the army) been created Baron Mars-Evans and was promoted to the rank of Earl of Mars-Evans in the 2016 MantiCon Honors List.[1]

Insignia
The escutcheon is encircled with the riband of the Order of Queen Elizabeth. Pendant from the achievement are representations of the Manticore Cross, the badge of the Order of Queen Elizabeth, the Gryphon Star, and the Conspicuous Bravery Medal.
