As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Senior Embassy Intelligence Liaison Richard Johnson, OE, QBM, CBM, CIVIL (INTEL) to the position of Dean of Gryphon Planetary University.
Mr. Johnson, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of Star Kingdom University System, Landing City, Manticore post haste to assume your duties where you will report to the Regent of the SKUS. This directive is effective on this date 30. August 2020.
