BuPlan Directive 2004-02 was issued on 18 April 2020 under the authority of the Second Space Lord. This directive appoints a new Yeoman for the Office of Marketing, Branding, and Art within the Bureau of Planning.

Spacer 2/c Crews,

You are hereby directed to assume the position of Yeoman for the Office of Marketing, Branding, and Art within the Bureau of Planning, with all the rights and responsibilities of that role. As a result of your new position and duties, you are hereby promoted to the rank of Petty Officer Second Class, RMN. You are therefore ordered to report to the Office of the Director of Marketing, Branding, and Art to take up your position and discharge your duties with all due care and diligence. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
