BuPers Directive 2308-01 was issued on 03 August 2023 by the Fifth Space Lord. This directive appoints the Bureau of Personnel Personnelmen for the Office of Awards.

RADM Brice, LCDR Galpin, PWT1 Smith, you are hearby appointed to be Personnelmen in the Office of Awards. Please report to my CoS, CAPT(SG) Camarda before continuing on to LT(SG) Ayotte who will be your direct supervisor.
In addition, due to the additional responsibilities in the role a brevet promotion to PWM2(E-5) is authorized for PWT1 Smith.
