To:	All Officers, Enlisted and Civilians in The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.
From:	RADM David Misener, Fifth Space Lord
Re:	Appointment of Deputy Director, Office of Awards, BuPers

By my authority as the Fifth Space Lord, Staff Sergeant Kenneth Ayotte is hereby directed and required to report to the Bureau of Personnel Chief of Staff before assuming the duties and position of Deputy Director of The Office of Awards. Due to the nature of this position a brevet to First Sergeant is authorized. Fail not in this charge at your peril. The above orders are effective as of 01 Mar 2022.
