The Junction Excellence Award (abbrev. JEA) is a unit award issued to qualifying Royal Manticoran Astro Control Service personnel.
The JEA is equivalent precedence to the following:
- Fleet Excellence Award (Royal Manticoran Navy)
- Army Regimental Excellence Award (Royal Manticoran Army)
- Gallant Ship Citation (Royal Manticoran Merchant Marine)
- Ranger Station Excellence Award (Sphinx Forestry Commission)

The JEA was introduced as an award in Admiralty Order 1703-02.
