As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Brigadier General Michael Houghtaling to the position of Deputy to COMFORCECOM, RMMC.
As commensurate with the position of Deputy to ComForceCom, and with the approval of Marshal of the Corps Sean Niemeyer, I brevet Brigadier General Houghtaling to Lieutenant General.
Lieutenant General Michael Houghtaling, you are hereby ordered to London Point, Saganami Island, Manticore, post haste. There you will assume the office of Deputy to COMFORCECOM, RMMC.
The above is effective March 21st, 2019.
