Midshipman Dimas is a 9-year-old young man, who has been fighting a battle that no one should have to face. His parents have asked for cards for him, and they have a gofundme to help cover the expenses that the insurance isn't.

It is my direction that the ships of 8th Fleet, and the personnel serving in my command stand to and provide whatever assistance that you are capable of, and feel comfortable with. HMS Implacable has been carrying a lot of the load on this, and the fleet ought to help share that burden.

I've asked Captain Knight to continue to be the point of contact and coordinate this effort for both Implacable and 8th Fleet.

The RMN takes care of its own. Let's be about it and prove that.

Rear Admiral of the Red, RMN
Commanding Officer, 8th Fleet
