Pursuant to clearance from Bureau of Ships, HMLAC Acasta, LAC-27, is hereby launched and assigned to 6th Fleet. Assigned to her as command and crew are the following:
- Lieutenant SG Anthony Emmel, CO
- Nolan Davis, Bosun
- Stephen Seale, crew
The Acasta is under the care and protection of HMS Minotaur, and is assigned as a craft thereto.
