BuShips Directive 1611-18 was issued 29 November 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive changes the command staff for HMS Interloper (SD-460).

Lieutenant Colonel Morgan:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Interloper (SD-460), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Per BuShips and BuPers policy, you are ordered transferred from your current branch to the ROYAL MANTICORAN NAVY and subsequently brevetted to the rank of CAPTAIN (JG), RMN, for this billet.
Additionally, the following personnel are appointed under your command in the related capacities:
- SMCPO Gerald Martin (RMN-1613-13) is appointed as SHIP’S BOSUN.
The above orders are effective on this date, 29 November 2016.
