BuShips Directive 1705-05 was issued 10 May 2017 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive commissions HMS Atropos (BC-363).

Captain Romero:
The following personnel are assigned to your command, HMS Atropos (BC-363) in the defined capacities:
- LTJG James Cunningham, RMN (RMN-2858-16) is hereby appointed as EXECUTIVE OFFICER, relieving CDR Ashley Romero, RMN. For this appointment, he is breveted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
The above order is effective on this date, 10 May 2017.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to extend appreciation and thanks to CDR Romero for her service as Atropos’ Executive Officer.
