BuShips Directive 1802-11 was issued 28 February 2018 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive establishes command change for HMS Interloper (SD-460).

Spacer Whitt:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Interloper (SD-460), there to relieve CAPTJG Mark Morgan, MC, CBM, RMN, and take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Based upon the needs of the service, due to the requirements of this billet, you are hereby breveted to the rank of CAPTAIN (JG), RMN.
The above directive is effective 28 February 2018.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to thank Captain Morgan for his service as Commanding Officer of Interloper.
