To:	All Officers and Enlisted in The Royal Manticoran Navy, the Grayson Space Navy and all allied navies and armed forces

Re:	Ships Order 04-2610-18 - Promotion to Officer

As of the date of this order by my hand, and the authority vested in me, by the Crown of Manticore and the Sword of Grayson. For services to the Constantine during its formation, work with BuTrain, work to set up the NW LAC and having satisfied Time in Grade and coursework requirements I hereby promote the following:

Chief Communications Mate David Bell is hereby promoted to Ensign in the Grayson Space Navy.
