Corporal Shel Tozer-Kilts, (RMN-4417-17) of HMS Truculent DC-593 is hereby appointed to the position of Marine Training Command Camp Maastricht Military Police instructor and promoted to the rank of Master Sergeant. Effective 02 June 2018.
