BuShips Directive 1802-09 was issued 28 February 2018 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints command staff for HMS Barbarossa (DD-551).

Sir Steven:
The following personnel are assigned to your command, HMS BARBAROSSA (DD-551) in the defined capacities:
- S2C Matthew Prescott, RMN (RMN-4962-17), is assigned as Ship’s Bosun, relieving MCPO Sir Jonathan Glenn, KDE, RMN. Spacer Prescott is hereby breveted to the rank of CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 28 February 2018.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Master Chief Glenn for his service as the Bosun of Barbarossa.
