Ladies and Gentleman of the Grand Alliance, I beg your indulgence as I take care of a few things that slipped through the cracks while Admiral Bulkeley and I were dealing with higher priority issues.
For HonorCon 2016, the following individuals are hereby awarded the Havenite War Campaign Medal and the Silesian Anti-Piracy Campaign Medal for participation at an Admiralty House event and lengthy travel if they have not already received one in the 2016 calendar year:
Robert Bulkeley
Joe Harney
Rob Marshall
Douglas Needham
Zach White
For his actions as Flag Lieutenant to Admiral Bulkeley and myself at HonorCon 2016 at the expense of his own enjoyment of the convention, Lieutenant (JG) Douglas Needham is awarded the Conspicuous Bravery Medal with an effective date of 1 NOV 2016. Lieutenant Needham is now entitled to the post-nominal CBM.
For Manticon 2017, the following individuals are hereby awarded the Havenite War Campaign Medal and the Silesian Anti-Piracy Campaign Medal for participation at an Admiralty House event and lengthy travel if they have not already received one in the 2017 calendar year:
Robert Bulkeley
Joe Harney
Rob Marshall
Douglas Needham

Lieutenant Needham is now entitled to the post-nominal QBM.
