Isaiah MacKenzie Naval Academy Commandant Office
As of the date of this communication, Spacer Second Class Richard Aaron Davenport, GSN (RMN-4901-17) is hereby appointed to the position of Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy Personnel Staff Officer. He will be in charge of the Personnel Department in this Academy. To be able to perform in this position, Spacer 2nd Class Davenport will be promoted to Lieutenant (JG).
Lieutenant (JG) Davenport, you are hereby ordered to report, post haste to your new position to assume your duties.
