Cheif Petty Officer James Cress (RMN-2874-16) of HMS Seljuk is hereby appointed to the position of SIA Technical Specialties College Assistant Tactical Chair for Weapons, effective 9 February 2018, and promoted to Lieutenant Commander (O-4).
