Effective as of 0001 Hours on 18 December, 2017, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the commissioning of GNS Hector Ferelli, SD-44, This is an Honor Harrington Class Super-dreadnought and is assigned to Third Fleet (Waynesboro, Virginia, USA).
