As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, commensurate with his growing staff, duties, and responsibilities within the Bureau of Training and the Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy, I hereby promote Captain (JG) Doss Buckalew (SC) (RMN-0379-11) to Captain Senior Grade (O6B), effective 9, August , 2017.
