It was with great sadness that the Bureau of Communications accepted the resignation of Lieutenant (SG) Karyn Hill, RMN as Director of Publications. It is my pleasure to award Lieutenant Karyn Hill the Meritorious Service Medal for her outstanding work during her tenure as Director of Publications. Lieutenant Hill's skill at document layout was a credit to her and The Royal Manticoran Navy. She has set the bar by which all other documents will be judged.
