Lieutenant Commander Lindquist:
The following personnel are assigned to your command, HMS VIXEN (DD-174), in the defined capacities:
- S3C Edwin Twedt-Coulter, RMN (RMN-3305-15) is hereby appointed as SHIP'S BOSUN and brevetted to the rank of CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, RMN, relieving CPO Bryan Mainerich, RMN.
The above order is effective on this date, 17 January 2017.
