Spacer 2nd Class Carolyn Crutchfield (RMN-4063-16) of HMS Achilles, is hereby appointed to the position of SIA Technical Specialties College Sick Berth Attendant Instructor in the Medical Department and brevet promoted to the rank of Chief Petty Officer (E-7) effective 8 February 2017.
