BuShips Directive 2407-02 was issued on 26 July 2024 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive commissions the RHNS Skylark (CLAC-7668).

Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 26 July 24, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the commissioning of RHNS Skylark (CLAC-7668). This is an Aviary Class LAC Carrier and is assigned to Seabring Fleet (Pasadena, TX, USA).
The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to RHNS Skylark (CLAC-7668) as the vessel’s Keel Plate Owners:

Based upon the requirements of the service the following brevets are approved:
After this commissioning, RHNS Tourbillion (CL-3983) shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves after an inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. The vessel shall be available for recommissioning at a later date.
