| Re: | Reorganization of the Saganami Island Naval College |
In an effort to streamline the organization of the Saganami Island Naval Academy, and following discussion with the Commandant of the Academy, and the Commandant of the Naval College, it has been determined that a reorganization of the structure of the College is in order.
It is ordered that Officer Training Center of the Saganami Island Naval College is dissolved. All instructors currently assigned to either of those training centers will now report directly to the Commandant of the Naval College.
The Enlisted Training Center will retain it's NCOIC, but the role of the Enlisted NCOIC will expand to be de-facto Deputy of the Naval College, with duties of assisting the Naval College CO with the day to day running of the college and ensuring that the need of the enlisted members are duly considered.
