Oberleutnant der Sterne Bill Cole (RMN-6378-20) of HMS Truculent is hereby appointed to the position of Chief of Staff, Saganami Island Technical Specialties College. As a result of accepting this position, Oberleutnant der Sterne Cole is immediately promoted to the rank of Kapitänleutnant, with all the rights, privileges, and duties appertaining thereto. Kapitänleutnant Cole is ordered to report to Captain (SG) Thomas Hathaway, Commandant of the Saganami Island Technical Specialties College, to assume his station.
Please join us in thanking Captain (SG) Thomas Hathaway for his outstanding service in this role. Best wishes to him in his new role as Commandant of the SINA TSC.
