Commander Jim McCoy (RMN-5587-18) of HMS Ajax is hereby appointed to the position of Hydroponics Instructor, Saganami Island Technical Specialties College. Commander McCoy is ordered to report to Captain (SG) Thomas Hathaway, Commandant of the Saganami Island Technical Specialties College, to assume his station.
