BuTrain Order 015-22 was issued on 1 February 2022 by direction of the Sixth Space Lord. It appointed a new Commandant of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps Technical Specialties College.

I have the honor to announce the appointment of Major William Plasse, RMMC (RMN-2616-16) as the new Commandant of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps Technical Specialties College.
With this appointment comes a Brevet Promotion to Colonel (O-6).
Colonel Plasse you are hereby ordered to report immediately to Major General W.T. Farley at the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps Training Command, at Camp Maastricht, located in the Duchy of West Wind on the planet Manticore. There to take command of Royal Manticoran Marine Corps Technical Specialties College as the Commandant.
This BuTrain Order #015-22 is effective as of 0000, 01 February 2022.
