As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Empress of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Chief Petty Officer Mark Lloyd as the RMMCTSC Heavy Weapons Instructor
CPO Lloyd you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of RMMCTSC post haste, to assume your office as Heavy Weapons Instructor.
