The Masadan Relief Effort Medal (abbrev. MREM) is an award issued to qualifying Royal Manticoran Merchant Marine personnel.
The MREM is equivalent in precedence to the Masadan Occupation Medal awarded to Manticoran military personnel.

The MREM was introduced as an award in Admiralty Order 1703-02.
