To:	All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Navy and Saganami Island Academy Faculty and Staff, Allied Navies, Facility and Staff of Star Kingdom University System
From:	Lt. Colonel Jackie Stuard, KE, OG, CGM, QBM Provost- MU
Re:	Appointment Chief Of Staff to the Provost-MU Major Evan Roth KDE, OG, QBM, RMMC

As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Major Evan Roth KDE, OG, QBM, RMMC [RMN-5297-18] to the position of Chief of Staff to the Provost-MU.

Major Evan Roth, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of Star Kingdom University System, Landing City, Manticore post haste to assume your duties as COS Provost-MU where you will relieve Chief Gunner's Mate Frank Gonzalez, MGL, EM, RMN, We would like to thank Chief Gunners Mate Frank Gonzalez for all that he has done for the Provost-MU and through out the Star Kingdom. Major Roth you shall report to Lt. Colonel Jackie Stuard Provost-MU. This directive is effective on this date 7 July 2020.
