BuTrain Order 012-20 was issued on 16 February, 2020 by the Sixth Space Lord. This order appoints staff to BuTrain's Development Office.

BuTrain Order 12-20
As of 16 February 2020, the position of BuTrain Development Officer in the Office of the Sixth Space Lord, is being divided into a Staff Development Officer and a Course Development Officer.
Captain Chris Tolbert, RMACS (RMN-3687-16), is appointed to the position of Staff Development Officer.
Senior Master Chief Petty Officer @David Goldsberry, RMN (RMN-2606-16), is taking on the duties and responsibilities of Course Development Officer at this time.
Commodore @Doss Buckalew, D3SL, RMN (RMN-0379-11), is relieved of duty as the Development Officer and appointed as the Awards Officer.
Thank you to Commodore Buckalew for all of the work you have done for BuTrain and for taking on the position of Awards Officer. We also wish to thank Captain Tolbert and SMCPO Goldsberry for stepping up and taking on new and additional roles in BuTrain. We can’t do it without all of your help.
