The Duchy of Mountain View is a peerage land awarded by TRMN for long and dedicated service to the organization.
Mountain View was created as a peerage land on 27 May 2017 when it was awarded to Earl New Essex Robert Bulkeley at MantiCon 2017. The award was for service as the longest-serving serving Fourth Space Lord up to that time and the changes he had made in the bureau.
