BuShips Directive 1507-04 was issued 7 July 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It recommissions HMS Wolverine (DD-88).

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on July 7, 2015, it is my pleasure to announce the re-commissioning of HMS Wolverine (DD-88), under the command of Lt. Gerald Martin. This is a Charger Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Bedford, VA.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Wolverine:
- Lieutenant Commander Gerald Martin (and assigned as CO, HMS Wolverine)
- Lieutenant, s.g. Mary Feldman (and assigned as XO, HMS Wolverine)
- Chief Petty Officer Mera Babineaux (and assigned as Bosun, HMS Wolverine)
- Spacer 3rd Class Dustin Babineaux
- Spacer 3rd Class Kaia Babineaux
- Spacer 3rd Class Cordelia Babineaux
- Spacer 3rd Class Thalen Ebbett
- Spacer 3rd Class Liam Ebbet
