BuShips Directive 1502-05 was issued on 2 September 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Callisto (BC-722).

My Fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on February 28, 2015, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Callisto (BC-722). This is a Nike Class Battle Cruiser under the Command of Captain (GSN) Jenni Merrifield and is assigned to the Tenth Fleet.
The crew of this ship are as follows:
