BuShips Directive 1604-01 was issued on 4 April 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive changes command for HMS Devastation (DD-44).
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on April 4, 2016, it is my duty to announce a change of command for HMS Devastation (DD-44). This is a Havoc Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Norfolk, VA.
The new Commanding Officer is:
- Lt. Commander Andrew Martin
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below:
- Andrew Martin to Lt. Commander
Additionally, Jacklyn Sullivan is reduced to her permanent rank of Ensign.
