As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Chief Hydroponics Mate Heather Fleming, RMN [RMN-5367-18] to the position of CoS Regent - SKUS.
Chief Fleming, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of Star Kingdom University System, Landing City, Manticore post haste to assume your duties as Chief of Staff - Regent where you will report to Dame Amanda Barrow KSK - Regent, Star Kingdom University System.
This directive is effective on this date 3rd November 2019.
