As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint CPO Heather Fleming, RMN to the position of Mannheim University - Xenobiology Instructor CPO Heather Fleming,RMN you are ordered to report to the offices of Mannheim University, Neu Odenwaldkries, Manticore, post haste, to assume your office as Xenobiology Lecturer, where you will report to Lt. Colonel Jackie Stuard, QBM, PROVOST Mannheim University.
