Licensing Directive 2009-01 was issued on 08 Sep 2020 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive licenses RMMS Pequod Beta Aquilae (PF30901LF).

Effective as of 0001 Hours on 08 September, 2020, by order of the Trade Minister and the Office of the Home Secretary, the RMMS Pequod Beta Aquilae is hereby licensed to fly the Colors of the Star Kingdom of Manticore and operate as a part of the Royal Manticoran Merchant Marine, and given the following license number within the Crown Registry; PF30901LF.
This vessel has been examined by officers of the Trade Minister on behalf of the Pequod Freight Group and has been deemed serviceable to operate freely as a Courier Class vessel and is given the rights and privileges as such until the expiration of this license. Transponder Codes for this Vessel have been set and matched to mark the Home Port of Registry to be Virginia Beach, VA and shall be protected by San Martino Fleet of the Royal Navy. Astro Control Services have been supplied with codes and also directed to the protection of the Queen’s Mercantile vessels.
This License also verifies that Master Sir Peter Gold has been examined and found qualified to serve as Commanding Officer of this vessel.
This License also verifies that Spacer 4 Jameson Hughes has been examined and found qualified to serve as the First Officer of this vessel, and as such is shall be brevetted to C-16 in order to exercise the duties and privileges wherein. This License also verifies that Leading Spacer Guy Letourneau has been examined and found qualified to serve as Certified Bosun of this Vessel.
Note that on behalf of the Pequod Freight Group, the following personnel have also been Examined and are qualified to be in the service of the Pequod Freight Group Cartel as Regular Crew:

Upon issuing of this License, the license for Courier Vessel, RMMS Pequod Alpha Orionis PF30601CR is expired. The Pequod Freight Group Cartel is required to have their vessel return to their shipyard before Transponder Codes are removed from the Astro Control Database. The PFGC may request further inspection from the Office of the Trade Minister to renew the license at a later date.
