Buplan Order 1512-01 was issued 16 December 2015 under the authority of the Second Space Lord. It appoints a new member to the Chief of Staff position in the Bureau of Planning.

As of this post, I hereby appoint Captain (s.g.) Cindy Jeffers to the position of Chief of Staff, Bureau of Planning. This Officer is ordered to immediately report to her new office in Admiralty House. Further, this Officer is now to be afforded the rights and privileges of their new position.
