Buplan Order 1309-02 was issued 13 September 2013 under the authority of the Second Space Lord. It appoints a new member to the staff of the Bureau of Planning.

To:	All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Navy, Marine Corps and Army
From:	RADM Sir Drew Drentlaw, GCE, QBM, Second Space Lord, RMN
Re:	Appointment of Staff to the Bureau of Planning (BuPlan Order 1309-02)

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint PO 1/c Cheryl Hartmann to the staff of the Bureau of Planning, effective 13-SEPT-13.

This Petty Officer is now directed to report to the Bureau of Planning with the express direction to assist with the planning and strategizing for upcoming conventions.
