Buplan Directive 1903-02 was issued 28 March 2019 under the authority of the Second Space Lord. It is the appointment of the Intelligence Yeoman position in the Bureau of Planning.

You are hereby directed and required to report post haste to Staff Intelligence Officer Captain (JG) Zachary McCauley in your new capacity as Intel Yeoman to BuPlan. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
