BuShips Directive 1802-06 was issued 27 February 2018 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive establishes a command change for the HMS Callisto (BC-722).

Dame Cary:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Callisto (BC-722), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The following personnel are assigned to your command in the defined capacities:
- CDR Iain Howe, ME, CBM, RMN (RMN-0178-11), is assigned as EXECUTIVE OFFICER.
The above directive is effective 27 February 2018.
