Fourth Fleet Order 30-2601-19 was issued 26 January 2019 by Commanding Officer Fourth Fleet. This creates Task Force 41 and assigns ships to it.

To: All Officers and Enlisted in the Grayson Space Navy, the Royal Manticoran Forces, Imperial Andermani Navy, Republic of Haven Navy, and Allied Navies
From: Rear Admiral Martyn Griffiths, Commanding Officer, Grayson Home Fleet
Re: 4th Fleet Fleet Order 30-2601-19 Task Force

As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson.

I hereby order the establishment of Task Force 41. Task Force 41 shall comprise of the following units:

HMS Pegasus CLAC-26

GNS Olympus CL-58

GNS Albion DD-42

GNS Mercy DD-43

GNS Joshua DD-18

GNS Paul Of Tarsus DD-56

CDR Elisabeth Bickerton RMN-0192-11 is appointed Task Force Commander.
