BuShips Directive 2103-02 was issued on 29 March 2021 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a new Executive Officer for HMS Andromeda (BC-571).

Lieutenant Junior Grade Leusby:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Andromeda (BC-571), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Executive Officer, relieving Commander Kristopher Lancaster, RMN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 29 March 21.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Commander Lancaster for his service as Executive Officer of Andromeda and wish him all success in his future endeavors.
